1. General Terms

By using, accessing, or purchasing from this website ("Site"), owned and operated by Pinfinity, LLC ("Pinfinity"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site. Pinfinity reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Site, and your continued use after changes will constitute acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and agree to form a binding legal agreement.

Use of the Site

Pinfinity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized uses, including but not limited to:

  • Scraping or automated data gathering
  • Distributing viruses or malware
  • Impersonation
  • Disrupting forums or community features

are strictly prohibited.

Modifications to the Site

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site, including products or features, without prior notice. Access may be revoked if these Terms are violated.

2. Product Purchases and Shipping

Purchasing Terms

All products sold on the Site are subject to availability. Prices, promotions, and descriptions may change without notice. All purchases are final once processed.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be available for pre-order with estimated availability dates. These dates are approximate and subject to change due to production or shipping delays. Items may ship earlier or later than expected. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Shipping

All items are shipped via third-party carriers. Title and risk transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Pinfinity is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions

Returns and Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to the product price and exclude shipping costs.
  • Refund or replacement requests for damaged or missing items must be made within 30 days of purchase and include photo verification.
  • Damaged packaging does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

3. Pinfinity+ Membership Terms

Pinfinity+ is a subscription-based service offering exclusive benefits. By subscribing, you accept the following terms:

Membership Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or 6-monthly).
  • You authorize Pinfinity to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
  • Price changes will be communicated via email.

Membership Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Cancellation requests can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • No prorated refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations.

Shipping for Subscriptions

  • Subscription shipments process immediately after renewal.
  • Address updates must be submitted 48 hours before renewal.
  • Forwarding fees for incorrect addresses will not be reimbursed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, and code, is owned or licensed by Pinfinity and protected by copyright laws. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying content without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Privacy and Communication

By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  • You may receive emails related to your account or promotional offers.
  • You can opt-out of promotional emails, but transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations) cannot be disabled.

6. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
  • Before arbitration, you must notify us in writing of the dispute, including:
    • Your name and address
    • A description of the issue
    • The relief sought
  • We will attempt to resolve disputes within 45 days of receiving notice. If unresolved, arbitration may be initiated.

No Class Actions

Class action lawsuits and consolidated arbitrations are not permitted.

Arbitration Location

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and held in:

  • San Diego County, CA or
  • Your federal judicial district

7. Miscellaneous

Limitation of Liability

Pinfinity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
