I was having issues with tracking the package and it was a couple days after it was supposed to arrive and I still didn’t have it and I asked if the could try sending me a new one or if the wouldn’t mind giving me a refund and the had gone out of their way to send me a new one and refund and the item is very high quality even for a pin set highly recommended. They were also very helpful and patient while helping me.
